Offer rules
An enquiry becomes a confirmed order, booking or reservation only when the provider accepts it and sends confirmation. Prices, taxes, availability, fulfilment and cancellation conditions are shown before confirmation; a static enquiry form does not complete payment.
Customer duties
Customers must provide accurate details, follow age, venue, product and safety instructions and keep confirmations available. They must not misuse the site, submit unlawful content or bypass access controls.
Provider duties
The provider must describe the offer accurately, answer support requests, deliver agreed goods or access information and process eligible defects, returns and complaints. Cancellations, liability and governing law remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellations and defects
A cancellation is effective when acknowledged through the support channel unless mandatory law says otherwise. Fault evidence should include the reference, date and photographs where relevant, and the provider explains inspection or rescheduling steps.
Liability and governing law
The responsible operation handles support, fulfilment, access, warranty issues, returns, refunds and complaints. The mandatory consumer law of the relevant market applies and rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain protected.
Complaints
Send a complaint with the reference, dates, evidence and requested outcome. Support confirms receipt and provides the review route and any available complaint or ADR information.
